DJ Trip (a.k.a. John Trip) is the Original ONE and ONLY DJ Trip! (Beware of imposters out in the west coast.) DJ Trip has been DJing Electronic Music since 1989. He was born, raised, and based out of New York City. His main focus is Techno and House music. But he also plays a select few of Trance and Breaks tracks. dj trip also known as dj_trip, used to be called djtrip, when he was a teen. But he also went by the name john_trip when he didn't use johntrip because that would be hard to pronounce. He had a few friends that listened to Paul okenfold when he played well, and at that time he became a Global disc jockey that was known to play very good techno music in Germany. When he played in lounge bars he would play a select few of Lounge House music and breaks tracks. House music is very popular in New York City. Loveparade also known as love parade, showcases a lot of Recording Artists and Disc Jockeys who like to DJ Electronic music in Berlin Germany. Its a Music festival that has been going on for several years now. In New York, Underground Music started getting very good in 1989. Progressive House music came out in the early 1990s. DJ Trip became well respected when DJs like DJ Trip from New York and other DJs like John Digweed from England started to play clubs like TWILO and The Tunnel Club. Carl Cox started playing a lot of raves as well and became well known and respected for his Techno music. nyc these days is starting to bring back the Underground Raves that we had years ago. DJ Trip that plays under John Trip sometimes, Produces Music in his New York Studio, in Manhattan ( also known as New York City ). The ACCESS Virus is a great keyboard by the way so is his RME Multi-face sound card.
